Investment Policy

WHA Premium Growth Real Estate Investment Trust focuses on the investment in stable income producing assets and/or securities and/or other assets or seek for commercial benefits by other means for benefits of the holders of trust units

IPO, 1st, 2nd capital increase, and WHART conversion into WHART and 3rd asset acquisition are freehold and leasehold land, ownership in warehouses, distribution centers located on the acquired land, as well as other buildings and assets which are parts of lands, equipment, building systems, and other related assets which are necessary for the use of land and building in the project.

The value of the assets that Trust will be invested in the subjects will be determined based on independent appraisers, financial performance of the invested asset, and other related factors.

However, Trust could invest at prices which may differ from estimated price by independent appraisers.

In order to raise fund, Trust manager and Underwriter will determine the price of Trust units to be issued and offered by taking into account of survey result from bookbuilding demand and condition of capital market at the time, as well as average rate of return that the investors expected. Then, Trust units will be issued and offered to public individual and/or institutional investors.
